During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the p77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. p77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. p77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify p77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
p77 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with p77's KYC procedures, which may include submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. p77 may suspend withdrawals or restrict account activity until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
p77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. p77 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time, with notice provided to users through the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. p77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
All deposits and withdrawals on the p77 Platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body. Live casino games, including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack, are operated by certified third-party game providers. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with p77 through good-faith negotiation. You may contact p77's customer support team to raise a complaint. p77 will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
p77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, p77 will notify registered users by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the p77 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.
